Shri Abhijit Halder, DG, IBC Chaired a special lecture session organised by Tibet House on Feb 13, 2026, on the subject - 'The interdependence of the cosmos and mind: The Buddhist Foundation of Tibetan Astrology'.

While DG, IBC opened the discussion highlighting core aspects of Tibetan Astrology and its practice, speaker Tenzin Loden, Head of the Tibetan Astro science Research and Outreach Department, Dharamsala, touched on various aspects of links between Buddhist philosophy and the human mind. An inquisitive audience raised some rare and unique questions which were responded to by Mr. Tenzin Loden explaining the finer aspects of the connect between the human mind and the Cosmos. The program extended beyond the slated time frame with interesting and revealing exchanges between the speaker and the audience on this unique topic.
