Shri Raghav Prasad Bhatnagar, serves as the Director General (DG) of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), bringing with him a seasoned experience of decades of distinguished diplomatic service. As the DG of IBC, he is instrumental in administering the multifaceted international activities of IBC and promoting its unique global charter of ‘Collective Wisdom, United Voice’ among all followers of the Buddha Dhamma worldwide.
